Payment Policy

Currency and prices

Prices and orders are shown in the currency configured for the customer’s selected market. The European Union and Portugal markets use euros (EUR). The United States market uses US dollars (USD). Depending on the product, a market price may be a fixed local price or a Shopify Markets-adjusted price derived from the store’s base price. Taxes, delivery charges, remote-area surcharges and any other checkout costs are shown before payment where standard checkout shipping is available.

Some oversized electric vehicles and regulated lithium-battery shipments require an individual shipping quotation before the order can be completed. Where this applies, the product page identifies that requirement and ZUDI confirms the shipping amount before accepting payment for that shipment.

Accepted payment methods

Available payment methods are displayed securely at checkout and may depend on the selected market, device, billing country and order value. Only the methods shown in the live checkout are active for that transaction. A wallet logo or technical availability outside checkout does not by itself confirm that a payment method is enabled.

Authorisation and security

Your payment may be subject to authorisation, identity verification and fraud screening by the payment provider. An order is not confirmed until payment has been authorised and ZUDI has accepted the order. ZUDI does not receive or store your complete card number; payment data is processed by Shopify and the relevant payment provider under their own security and privacy terms.

Failed or declined payments

If payment is declined, please verify your billing details or use another method displayed at checkout. Your bank or payment provider can explain a decline or temporary authorisation hold.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time after ZUDI issues the refund depends on the payment provider and your bank. See our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility and timing.
