1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the ZUDI Mobility online store at zudimobility.com. By using the store, you agree to these terms. Purchases are also governed by our Terms of Sale and the policies referenced below.

3. Eligibility and accounts
You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the store, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content unlawfully, interfere with service operation, impersonate another person or use the store for fraudulent or illegal activity. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store or third parties.
5. Product information
We aim to present products accurately. Colours may vary by screen, and measurements, range, speed, weight and performance are approximate unless stated otherwise. Real-world performance depends on rider weight, terrain, temperature, tyre pressure, riding mode, maintenance and other conditions. Images may show optional accessories or custom configurations not included in the standard package.
6. Road legality and safe use
Electric-bike and electric-scooter rules vary by country and locality, including limits on power, assisted speed and throttles, and requirements for registration, insurance, licences, helmets, lighting, age and permitted roads. You are responsible for confirming that a model and its selected configuration may lawfully be used where you intend to ride it. High-performance or unlocked models may be restricted to private land or off-road use.
Read the manual, wear appropriate protective equipment and inspect the product before riding. Never modify safety systems or use an incompatible battery or charger.
7. Orders, prices and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as payment failure, suspected fraud, obvious pricing error, legal restrictions or lack of stock. Prices are shown in the currency configured for the selected market and include applicable taxes where required or stated. Delivery costs and surcharges are shown before payment.
8. Delivery, returns and warranty
Our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy and Warranty Policy form part of these terms. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail over any conflicting provision.
9. Intellectual property
The store and its original content are protected by intellectual-property law. Third-party product names and marks belong to their respective owners. See our Intellectual Property Policy.
10. Third-party services
The store is hosted by Shopify and may link to payment providers, carriers and other third parties. Their services are subject to their own terms and availability. ZUDI is not responsible for third-party content outside its reasonable control, without limiting responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, wilful misconduct, breach of mandatory consumer rights or any liability that law cannot exclude. To the extent permitted by law, ZUDI is not liable for indirect business losses arising from consumer use of the store.
12. Changes and availability
We may update the store and these terms prospectively. The version in force when you place an order applies to that purchase. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, but we will take reasonable steps to maintain the service.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU or EEA, you retain the mandatory protections and courts available under the law applicable to you. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern directly.
