1. Seller
The seller is ZUDI Mobility, Largo de São Pedro 46, 8000-147 Faro, Portugal. Email: support@zudimobility.com. Phone / WhatsApp: +351 961 935 759.
2. Application
These terms apply to consumer purchases made through the ZUDI online store. They operate together with the product page, order confirmation, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Warranty Policy and Terms of Service. Mandatory consumer law prevails if any provision conflicts with it.
3. Product and configuration
Please review the model, colour, battery, motor, accessories and other options before ordering. Product images may show optional accessories or examples of custom work. Only the configuration stated in the cart and order confirmation is included.
For a made-to-order product, we will confirm the requested specifications. Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the statutory withdrawal right where applicable and disclosed before purchase.
4. Ordering and contract formation
After checkout, you receive an acknowledgement that we received your order. This does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. The sales contract is formed when ZUDI expressly accepts the order or dispatches the goods, whichever occurs first. We may reject an order for a legitimate reason and will refund any payment collected.
5. Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are shown in the currency configured for the selected market. The European Union market is intended to use euros (EUR), while the United States market is intended to use US dollars (USD) once enabled. Applicable taxes are included where required or stated. Delivery fees, remote-area surcharges and other checkout costs are displayed before you submit the order. Payment methods available to you appear at checkout. Payment must be authorised before fulfilment.
6. Availability
Stock information may change. If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you promptly and offer an appropriate alternative, a revised delivery date or a refund.
7. Delivery and risk
We deliver to the countries stated in our Shipping Policy. Estimated processing and transit times are not guaranteed dates unless expressly agreed. Risk of loss or damage remains with ZUDI until you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession, except where you independently appoint a carrier not offered by us.
8. Cancellation and withdrawal
You may request operational cancellation before dispatch as described in our Cancellation Policy. Eligible consumers may also withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days after delivery, subject to statutory exceptions. The procedure, return costs and refund timing are stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Conformity and warranty
Goods must conform to the contract. For purchases governed by Portuguese law, the seller is responsible for a lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years of delivery under Decree-Law No. 84/2021. Consumers in other EU or EEA countries may benefit from different or additional mandatory protections. Our Warranty Policy explains how to submit a claim and does not restrict mandatory rights.
10. Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate contact and delivery information, use the correct charger, follow the manual and safety instructions, maintain the product appropriately and comply with local road-use rules. These responsibilities do not remove rights arising from a defect or lack of conformity for which the seller is responsible.
11. Governing law and disputes
Portuguese law applies, without depriving consumers in another EU or EEA country of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Contact support@zudimobility.com first if you have a complaint so we can seek a prompt solution.
