Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 September 2026

1. Who controls your data

ZUDI Mobility is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Contact us at support@zudimobility.com, +351 961 935 759, or Largo de São Pedro 46, 8000-147 Faro, Portugal.

2. Data we collect

Depending on how you use the store, we may collect contact and account details; billing and delivery information; order, return and warranty records; communications; device, browser, cookie and usage information; fraud-prevention signals; and marketing preferences. Payment providers process payment credentials; ZUDI does not receive or store your complete card number.

3. How we use personal data

We use data to provide the store, process orders and payments, arrange delivery, provide customer service, manage returns and warranty claims, prevent fraud, secure and improve the store, keep records, comply with legal obligations and send marketing where you have consented or where another lawful basis applies.

4. Legal bases

Where EU or EEA data-protection law applies, our legal bases include performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, and consent where required. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

5. Service providers and recipients

We share data only as reasonably necessary with Shopify, payment providers, fraud-prevention services, fulfilment warehouses, DPD, UPS, FedEx and other carriers, IT and hosting providers, analytics or marketing providers you have permitted, professional advisers and public authorities where required by law. These parties may act as processors or independent controllers under their own terms.

6. Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes customer and merchant data to provide its platform, security and related services. Information about Shopify’s privacy practices is available through Shopify’s published privacy documentation.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

We and our providers use essential cookies to operate checkout, accounts and security. With consent where required, we may use analytics, preference or advertising cookies. You can manage non-essential choices through the store’s cookie controls and your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the store from working.

8. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside your country or the European Economic Area. Where required, we use or rely on recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.

9. Retention and security

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, including order performance, warranty support, tax and accounting obligations, dispute handling and fraud prevention. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection; withdraw consent; and complain to your local data-protection authority. We may need to verify your identity and may retain data where the law requires it.

11. Marketing

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message or by contacting us. Service messages about orders, safety, returns or legal updates are not marketing and may still be sent where necessary.

12. Children

The store is not directed to children who cannot lawfully enter into a purchase contract. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data contrary to applicable law.

13. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect legal, operational or service changes. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page.

14. Contact and requests

Email privacy requests to support@zudimobility.com with the subject “Privacy Request”.
